It's Official!

Contracts have been exchanged, deposit given, strata report clear and loan approved! Jacky and I have just put a deposit on our first home =P
It’s a 9 year old town house with 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, double garage, 2.5 bathrooms, ensuite, walk in wardrobes, separate dining and kitchen, a lounge room with hardwood floors and a small back yard (just big enough to hold a BBQ party!)
Wow...... what an exciting (but scary) feeling!

Settlement is July 13th...I'm counting!

congratulations you two, im very proud of you, cant wait to see what you will do with the furniture and decor... emily will you label everything in the house because you're super duper organised?

Tim: you bet ya!

JY: hehe (and it's not cos we're old =P)

Vics: No need to crash I'll just invite you along when we do all the #belair crew.

Sarah: we'll get the keys july 13th just in time for you to see it!

Twins: well seems that furniture will be expensive so i'm not sure what i will do there yet..but it'll be fun looking ..you should see all the lists i've made and spread sheets of our budgets.

Labels...you know i like labels...the stuff in the kitchen will probably all be labelled hehhe.

Congratulations Em...and Jacky, of course!
;)

The place sounds really lovely and cosy, and it looks it too!

Amanda: haha thank you!

Bosco: your place looks really nice, it's an investment property though? or are you planning to move in later down the track?

Mario: It's big compared to the townhouses in the area because we didn't want to be any further than 20 mins away from the city. But overall it's not a huge place but very comfortable for 2 people. ahhaha a lot of people have asked me about the 0.5 bathroom, basically we have a toilet downstairs with no shower or bath so we count that as half a bathroom.

Christine: thanks, can't wait to go furniture shopping! and i finally have room for all my shoes!!

Student154 said...

i dunno, probably not... maybe use it to buy something else or something

ahhh...a room for the shoes...i think my shoes have taken over my room...wait...so has my clothes.

*cries*

I really must stop shopping for shoes...but i saw these cellini flats...the leather was oh so soft...*sigh*...
