I came back to work today after 4 days off and returned to 3 empty desks, it’s only been 4 Days! That’s almost 1 person leaving per day. One person went to a competitor and got finished up early, another decided to leave before her 3 months probation (the sales side wasn’t for her) and a lady in our exec team had a dummy spit and walked out.
In the week I was absent I lost 2 jobs, placed 1 and picked up another two leaving me with a total of 10 jobs to follow up this week. Holiday? What holiday? No rest for the wicked.
